Heavy-hitting
producers Massenburg and Jon Randall Stewart set out to make a
no-frills, live studio recording that would give free reign for the
group's influential sound to shine. "The NGDB are pioneers of recording
live in the studio and I couldn't imagine a better way to capture their
legendary sound," says Stewart. It is these collaborative and
spontaneous studio sessions that celebrate the freewheeling sound that
is unmistakably NGDB.
