Jimmie Fadden:
I ended up selecting a mismatched set of various Gretsch "round badge" era drums from Blackbird Studio's huge collection. They were all different sparkle finishes, kind of a gumdrop set. The bass drum was orange and the snare was blue etc. I just played them one at a time until George (Massenburg) found the sounds that he liked. On these sessions I used Seydel Harmonicas.   For electric Harp, I used a Shure "Green Bullet" Microphone played through a Gibson GA-18 "Explorer" Amp.
